Finally, its been a long time since I posted anything special about the wonderful world of reptiles. Well, life been busy, concentrating on breeding and reducing the collection where I sold off my viper and mangrove snake that been a wonderful pet for 3 years. Sad? Yea, why not rite.

I'll be flying off to the states in a month time and that's the reason why I need to give up my hots. Is not that I don't trust the baby sitter, but just the guilt in me if something bad happen.

The main point I'm posting this today is to self declare that I'm a ball python breeder, yay =)
5 eggs from my spider X normal pairing yield me 5 large healthy eggs. Through out the whole process, virgin spider was quite a stud in picking up my large female. Here there are, 5 eggs cooking in the incubator on day 57.

Pictures will be uploaded soon after every babies are out of their eggs. Forgot to mention that tonight I will be slicing the eggs to check out the odds first.

Ballies update (April 4)

Hi y'all, haven't been updating the pieces of me for some great length due to the boringness and dullness of life that I'm encountering. The life which only concentrating on the concrete cities issues, studies, cash . . . bored

Anyone has any idea is there any reptiles carnival or program coming up soon, really need these kind of things to sparkle up a little !

Anyways, here they all, as a noob first time breeder that attempted in pairing my Spider X normal since 1 Dec 2010, numerous locks have been encountered, up to 36 hours sometimes.

Well, I pretty sure I miss count on the number of locks but they are more than 20 so far.

This is my biggest female, pairing up with a Spidy, laid 5 healthy eggs last year with the weight of 1.7kg. Hopefully we will be admiring a bigger clutch this year.

My beautiful spider, only takes him 2 attempt to figure her out. Oh ya, he was a virgin 5 months back. Just hope he is not shooting blanks inside her. Come on !!

Currently, my only breeding pair been acting negatively after 4 months of mating. Numerous locks is the only positive issue. Not a sign from the Markus Jayne are witness. Both snakes eating like a hog, and I didn't know their appetite started fancy on baby chicks too.

Sigh, only time can tell, breeding officially stops early July. *Crossing fingers*

Zoo Singapore

Visited Singapore last semester break, took the initiative to walk in Singapore national zoo and left with no regrets. Frankly speaking, this place is one of the best well kept animal sanctuary which I ever been.

If I'm not mistaken, it's 25 Singapore dollar per entry.

I was greeted by the alligator upon walking in from the entrance.

Found this sign of Proboscis Monkey but didn't manage to grab photos on the animal.

I was amazed by this white tigers, they are just amazing. Pure white ! And, they are like 4 to 5 of them in an enclosure.

Alligator Gar, one of the biggest freshwater species.

Baby Hippo !! Darn cute. Every man made pond are clean and clear. Unlike here, when the hippo dive into the water, you can only see a patch of mud.

The Baboon family, 20 of them approximately, well managed !

This was the boss of all Baboon's, he is the biggest size and 3 to 4 females following him like body guards, hehe.

Happily in their nice and clean enclosure, very nice set up. Reminds me of Lion King.

Follow up was this Kangaroo park, it was specially situated in another side of the zoo. Kangaroos roaming everywhere. You may buy some food to feed them and have a photo with them.

This my second round trying and saw some results. Courting, tail whip and peeing already happen but I'm not sure whether is there any locking.

They stayed in this position for some time but from my observation, it might not be a lock. (virgin spiderz)

Hmm.. Decide not to disturb them too much.

However, I knew there is something cooking in there..just a matter of time *pray pray*

Bukit Tabur and a Viper

As I was hiking Bukit Tabur in the late morning yesterday, I came across this beautiful creature dangling on a branch right below my feet. I was so excited and free handled it (I'm stupid to do so)

And yes ! It is a baby female Wagler's Viper, from what I see, it is basically only 1 week old, in perfect health and has a very beautiful 'green' coloration. Well, it poo's last night, and strikes on a house gecko tail which I offered.

It might be cruel to capture this snake, but have you ever imagine in maybe 20 minutes time, it might be eaten by some predators like birds? However, it is in good hands now by a friend of mine (Mr Austin). Any issues on feeding or health, it will be released back into the wild. So far so good.

Ball pythons, Mangrove and Viper

Collection of snakes has been reducing and together I only have 6 snakes so far. Even though they consume like total of Rm50 a month, commitments and responsibilities live in all reptiles keepers.

The tub weigh at 153g. This green viper weigh around 50g approximately. Cute little viperish, love it ! Finally, she's into pinky and fuzzy mice already.

My little mangy(Serena) is growing tremendously since turning her diet from gecko's into rodent's. No future breeding plans for these both (Viper and Mangrove), just 2 little cute buggers which will be my pet always.

As for my collection of Ball pythons, this big mama weigh 170+ before laying 5 eggs in June 2010. Can see that she is gaining her weight loss back in these few months.

My normal male, has the best feeding response so far. Just swallow a big rat a week ago and in shed. I guess he is around 850g approximately.

My first and only morph, I call him Spidy. His feeding response has been one of the greatest but started fasting for nearly 2 months already due to chilly weather, will try feeding him tomorrow.

This female normal was a sick child way back last year when I first got it. Problems like vomiting, mites etc and now, very healthy and strong, just kinda fussy in eating.

From today onwards, all snakes will be fed on a 3 to 4 weeks basis. It won't harm the snake as they are known for having a slow metabolism rate. No plans in heavy weights but just a constant growth as there will be no breeding plans in year 2011. And, as well as no future expansion on collections, hmm, just not too soon.

Red Tail Racer. The only healthy species found by me, at least it doesn't look skinny.

Mangrove Cat Snake, Looks huge and long, but not healthy I can say.

My guess is a Cameron Pit Viper, correct me if I'm wrong. Cute little fellow sticking on the wall.

Blood Python. I wonder how long since it had been handled.

Red Tail Boa, did they even feed it? The water and enclosure are dirty and not well kept. You can see rotten poop in some of the enclosure as well.

This looks like a Ptyas Mucosus to me. Correct me if I'm wrong again. I think is the fake looking cobra.

There is a gaboon Viper too =) Forgot to take photo of it.

This sanctuary is situated beside Makam Mahsuri and poorly taken care of. It charged a fee of Rm10 per entry which is quite expensive. Photos taken are in bad quality because of the glass behind the snake. Water marks, dirt and stains haven't been wipe for ages.

Those snakes are WC as I can see, with badly shed skin, skinny bodies and faded coloration. From the moment I step in, after encountering one person, which is the ticket seller, I do not find anyone else inside the sanctuary. No workers or cleaners or guides. My gawd, this is bad.

Authorities, please do something ! If you don't have the fund to manage the place, why not just close it down than torturing those serpents?
Most reptiles display center I went which is manage by the government looks as sucky as this. Le sigh

All 5 eggs are doing great and show good colors on day 51, the whole incubator started to sweat real much.

Condensation was build up drastically since day 50.

Eggs are denting one by one approaching day 55. These dented eggs are good signs for fertile and healthy eggs.

Group of friends taking a peep on what do we have in this clutch.

Here I go, cutting the first egg. It was day 60 already, none show sign of self popping and the best way to do it is by cutting a little the top part of the egg to allow the baby to breath. This method is to prevent any babies from drowning inside their eggs.

Jo : What do we got? I can see a little Piedball ?? Isay, just normal larrzz..
Mak : The snake first impression and words express, ( Are you my mommy??)

Looks a bit messy as I accidentally cut the egg veins, it is fine, no worries. As long nothing sharp touches the snake.

Here we go, all back into the incubator with the top part of the eggs slice open a little to allow them to breath and ease their way out of it.

It may take 2 to 3days, even 4 but sometimes 1 day for the snake to crawl out from their eggs. It's very IMPORTANT that you doesn't force them out as they are still absorbing their last meal which is the remaining yolk contain in their eggs. Moreover, their umbilical cord are still attach and they will break it once they are ready.

Don't worry too much and leave them alone and they will come out on their own. Fatal accident usually happen because of inpatient breeders.

This is the first baby which came out on day 2 after cutting. Cute little fellow, the other 4 came out safely and are most adorable ! Average weight for hatclings is 55g. 5 of mine range from 51g to 59g.

1. 55 days for incubation period from the day the eggs are laid.
2. It should hatch by itself by having a head popping out by day 54 to 58.
3. Cut the eggs by day 60 if it still doesn't pop by itself. (PREVENT DROWNING)
4. Leave the eggs all alone (NEVER FORCE THEM OUT), ballies will be out in a day of 2 to 3.
5. Remove those babies and bath them from any substrate from the incubator and place them nicely into their new enclosure.

Jeram Toi, a place for campers and people who seek a nice waterfall. Jungle track path with huge forest behind, habitat for many species.
Initial plan was suppose to be herping in Ulu Bendul but got kick out by some worker there for not renting the camp site. 'Dik, lain kali kena daftar dulu -_-'

My first ever venomous snake, shed ed once since I bought her. Very cool(lanci) fellow, able to not move and stay position for a week or more =0

Feeding in a very slow paced, doesn't want it to grow so fast.

Rex's been feeding very well on mice, a little problem with other rodents.

Season's has been a great eater but previously was a sick pain in the ass baby due to mites infection. haha

Both normals are beautiful, one with bright golden spots and another with long banded patterns.

Unique stripes and colors differentiate them easily.

Hiking Bukit Tabur, Melawati

Bukit Tabur, one of the finest lime stone hill for hikers in the Klang Valley, very nice place indeed. Unpredictable terrain, low water particles, good for photography with a feel of danger. Anyways, never get there after rain to avoid slippery rocks, it can be really dangerous =0

Started hiking at 6.45am, didn't imagine that there will be a group earlier than us, having a picnic there.
Sun has not risen, indicating good news that we're on par with time.

The terrain is slightly rocky, involving alot of climbing of steep rocks, unlike Gasing Hill, where you can walk comforably on a man made path.

Klang Gates Dam You get 2 types of view up there, one side revealing the view of skyscrapers and city, the other side opening the eyes to the breathtaking view of Klang Gates surrounded by mountains.
High land plantsI took around 1 hour to reach the peak, and approximately 45 minutes to get back to civilization. Timing will definitely vary according to individual's capability. To boost energy, have a hearty dim sum breakfast with your hiking mates, and take a good afternoon nap after a warm nice shower. (: Credits to Johan's camera, nice picture yea.

Fishy Fish

The one on the right is my house and the left is JeckShen house. Mine is a rodents and snakies house and his is a fishy house.
We will focus on his collections today.

He has 2 tanks, this is a 2ft aquarium and I called it the Dragon Tank. There are few dragon like fishes in there, I got to know they are not really social friendly with others.

Forgive my aquatic knowledge, I love them really, but just not too into them. This is a 4ft aquarium with, lets see, I cant name them all, there are like Oscar etc etc, haha.. the only fish I know! Oh no..

There are pretty beautiful at night when the lights are switched off while the aquarium lights are on, superbly nice. Planning to have a small aquarium in my room, very soon =D

I can see two more aquarium outside facing the sun, is with some fishes breeding in there, a tortoise and also to produce more water plants. I will be getting 2 water terrapin soon to leave it in there, natural habitat =) More upgrading and construction on fish to come.

Ipoh Snow Beer

Basically is some chill ass beer and some very chill glass. Beers are the same, normal Calsberg, normal glass, just lower temperature in chilling both of it. Great experience, standard price as well, Rm12 for a big bottle.

As you see, it's snow beer. Once the beer are pour into the glass, half of the glass will form some kind of ice flakes on top instead of those white foam. Result of it, you will be drinking those ice foam that feels like ice kacang ice, and super cold beer in the bottom. It's really smooth, drink it fast as it will slowly melt off and get a brain freeze, haha, for sure, AWESOME!!

Took nearly 3 hours for her to strike on that gecko. Well, Vipers are well known for its classic ambush method where prey have to be in front of it, these Vipers just don't chase their prey, the bite on that gecko was kind of brutal by those fangs =D

A Walk To Remember

Scientific name : Tropidolaemus wagleri

My first venomous species in captivity. Check out this simple aqua terrarium, high humidity is needed by this vipers, helps defecation, digesting, shedding.

Will transfer to a bigger tank once it grow bigger, maximum length approximately around 1meter. For now is just fine as this snake stay still for days without moving, just roosting, sometimes just a slight move around.

Just had her first meal and shit last night, it took nearly 3 weeks to pull it off. *Humidity is very important*

More update about her soon when everything settle down, will study her and more photos be coming up.

Easily recognized by its triangle head, very different species compare to my other snakes. Different behavior, different habitat . . cool bugger =)

Directions, Jabatan Perhilitan Shah Alam

Having problems getting there? Me too, even for the second time =)

Turn to Shah Alam on Kesas Highway, you will be passing by industrial area on your both sides, there will be a Mcd on your right during the journey.

Head straight all the way, there will be like 4 roundabouts but head 12 o'clock for all of them. This will lead you to a huge blue mosque, you will be passing some traffic lights as well, keep going straight.

Take the flyover as you can see from the picture, follow section 8.

It will leads you to some housing garden, slow down and check out for this junction, keep right and turn into Jalan Liku, there will be some flats beside you, remember to slow down.

Once turning into Jalan Liku, head straight till you see this sign board on your left with perhilitan address above and turn right into Jalan Lanar. The office is situated right inside some housing garden where there are double stories around.

Entrance, grab the address, use it on a gps, problem solved =D

After doing your exotic licence etc etc, take a few steps to check out some of the rampas animals situated beside the parking areas.

Not many animals can be found there, some parrots, monkeys, iguanas, there used to be eagles around, don't know what they did to it.

Paradise Tree Snake, Morib Beach

I expected herping to get snakes but lepaking do get snakes as well =)
This is Morib beach in Banting, early afternoon where flying snakes are most active.

Found this fellow gliding through the grass, just a few meters from the beach.

Very handsome Paradise Tree Snake, fully grown adult, aggressive, long, fast . . . . .

Sign, reminds me of 3 baby hatclings Paradise Snake I had before.

Will try to feed it with frogs or lizards after 3 days. =D

Didn't expect it to occurred near the beach, there are some little small oil palms around but still it is not suppose to go near sea water, maybe it leave them no where to go due to current developments around. =(

My Normal Ballies

Guess what, I bought 10 mice from Dylan today and all of them suffocated to death on my way back. This is how it happens, we met up in a nearby Mcd and I forgot to bring a tank to carry those mice, so I ended up putting all inside a plastic bag and bring it back. Duration of traveling is around 10 minutes but however, all dead upon arrival.

Me without wasting time, took out those 2 ballies and first time feeding dead suffocated mice.

Meet Mighty Stone on a Gigantic Mountain a.k.a Rex =D
He doesn't enjoy dead mice so much, it took a minute or two by teasing it in front of him before he made a strike.

He is nearly 2ft now, very good weight I can see. No weighing machine to weigh =(

He took two that day, second mice is easier as he strike it right away.

Meet Season in the Sun a.k.a Season, lol. I love naming them, kuok said we should name them like how people name their Golden Retriever, haha.

Her weight has drop as I can feel it by picking her up or even by observing her skin, she'd vomited from her last 2 meal. I have quarantined her for 2 weeks and here she ate again, 2 mice. Hopefully she will digest it this time.

Back to their plastic enclosure, lazy to decorate or set up a glass one, haha, too lazy to wash.

3 weeks of semester break finally started and this whole phenomena gave me a little notice that please do not waste your time. I been sleeping for 15 hours this two days, Monday Tuesday, I can say that my body is going to break down at no time (kidney spoile, lungs cancer etc). Moreover is sleeping in the afternoon and staying up at night.

Shouldnt know that maybe I'm getting insomnia dicease or just some not so adaptive American body clock that I require to condition my body clock back to normal?

Well, that doesn't matter but by transporting 4 snakes, 9 mices, few super worms and 1 terantula isn't an easy task without sleeping for a night. LoL. Anyways, they are growing pretty good now. Cant wait for my next semester project. In order for this whole project to work smoothly, God Bless my this semester results and everything will go on as planned.

That's all from me now, financial issues are catching up and giving me a huge headache. Arggh, not good to be broke =(

It was the first day of my finals, starting at 2pm. However, around 9am, Johnson called up and asked me to receive a package from the bomba.
You can see from the picture that green colour gunny bag, is so secure inside my aquarium with alot of weight on top of it.

Once I open it, it turned out to be the world's longest snake, reticulated python. Omg, I was speechless, what should I do with it, what if the fellow ran out, oh no, what to do, what to do.

Actually this python was caught at a nearby village where it had eaten one of the chicken belongs there. I believe it stood still and not able to move until been notified by people over there.

I believed those bombas captured it in a harsh and aggresive way and this causes the snake to regurgutate. You can see the whole chicken vomited out and we have to use a string to tie the leg of the chicken and pull it out from the gunny bag. LOL

Anyways, after our exam, we headed back home to check on it, as Austin hold on to its head, I tried taking it out from the gunny bag. I was like, why the body like no ending one, why so much to take out!!Grab the head Austin, grab it !! Don't ever let go !

Finally we got it all out from the gunny bag. It behaves quite aggresive due to stress and maybe because there are too many people around either.

Meet Mr Austin Lai, Kampar snake king

We managed to take control of the snake and tried to lift it up, this python is a teenager and approximately 3meter long. It can grow to a length of 10meter !!!

Well guys, this photo worth 40bucks, ask those involved, hahaha..
Nice picture though, maybe only happen once so randomly. This the first time I touch a retic too!

After taking photos of it, we started putting in back into the gunny bag. During the night, we let it go in the nearby forest away from civilization(there are small kampong nearby for the next chicken meal, XD), seriously amazing animal, who want some ? =)

UTAR Sports Carnival 2009

I cant believe it, I took part in one event during my university sports carnival, and guess what, it's TUG OF WAR . . OMG, I just miss this thing, I remembered the last time I got involved with this event was in standard 6, haha . . Managed only second place but first this time !!

Picture says a thousand, my university have the land, the mountain, the field, the lakes, the space very balance in terms of nature(yin/yang) and ecosystem. Hope the coming development in Kampar wouldn't spoil it.

We are divided into separate faculty to compete, points from basketball, futsal, volleyball etc etc were accumulated through out the whole event to decide the overall champion.

FBF(Faculty of Business Finance) my faculty won the overall champion !! Miss those kind of feelings about sports, remind me of my high school life. =D

My event was the last one, was watching movie at home while the other sports took place, Lol . . didn't capture any pictures, only the prize giving.

My first ever peter gecko, caught it while herping at the nearby waterfall. Spotted by Mr.Johnson. Well, this is just one common species that lives in the jungle but for those who are not aware, it can grow up to 15cm long(without tail).

Stunning species, great colour . . Haha, I seldom look on geckos but is kind of interesting after all, didn't notice before that geckos can be such nice pretty creatures as we are more expose to only house gecko where you can find it basically everywhere.

Feeding it on crickets and meal worms, hope it can adapt fast in my enclosure but is the situation is not promising, gonna let it go for sure.

That's all from it now. Will update a little on my tiny Salmon Pink Terrantula soon. Things are starting to get interesting.

One afternoon, I brought a few friends to a driving range in Gopeng as well as visiting my grandma. It was near 8pm and suddenly they told me that Penang Moist had a good purchase of liquor and lets go there. Omg, I was so reluctant, serious . . .

From Gopeng I have to make my way back to Kampar to bath and stuff, haizzz.. why are they so crazy... Kampar to Penang wei ~~
Finally got there and ask for directions to Moist (follow the sea, just follow the sea) Well, we got lost following the sea, lolz.
Entered the club pretty late. Got to our table and 3 bottles of 42below standing tall there, hmm.. 589bucks for 3 of it, worthy.. And I saw a birthday cake there where Kuok came shouting (who loves you, tell me who loves you)

This was insane but I totally love you guys . .

My first time having a cake in the club, it was insaned yet great, those vodka really kicks!!
Was clubbing for 2 hours and making out with Johnson Suisse for 1 hour. Shit you Suisse, made out twice with you already.

Annoying Green Bug

Kampar, the land of peace, got infested with this tiny little green insects. I don't mean one or two but millions of it. It's really small, greenish in colour, can evolve into some grasshopper kind of insects.
Basically, you are able to find this creature all around Kampar. My perception is that this creature felt that the mountain is too cold due to the raining season and decided to come down to the urban area to multiply, damn ~~XD

Everyone in Kampar is aware of this tiny fellow and is common over here (mamak, anywhere in the house), it causes itchiness once you are bitten and it doesn't bite once but many times, results to tiny scars on your skin.

Arrgh, my room, bathroom, hall, kitchen is full of their corpse, attracted many ants too !! Estimated lifespan, maybe a day or two . . . . go away, green bug @~!

Elken Night 2009 'Raymond Lam'

It was a night all about Raymond Lam when me and some friends made our way to Stadium Putra to get a glance out of him.

Well, it turned out to be Elken's event day where prize giving for Elken members, performances and some marketing campaign are held over there.

Believe it or not, one song sang by him cost the organizer 30k ! !

Raymond sang 4 songs that night, only '4' songs ! Estimated wage for him, 100k for 20minutes?? His performance was the last on schedule through out the whole show.

Frankly speaking this fellow rocked the show with his sweet and charming karaoke voice, lol
Before him was Malaysia rockstar, Faizal from 1 in the million, he too, rocked the floor.

So, all the nonsense finally ended and second year of degree is beginning tomorrow!!
As I have blown my second semester up and letting my parents down with disappointment, I decided to join the Star Student Group for improvement.

This is it, the logo. Star group was created by Mr. Soung Rong who has done very well. *claps claps*

You brighten up my world after 4 days of turned down.

My life was in the mess when I first saw my result, I thought the world is ending . . . after consulting with Jeck Shen and some advises from him, I make up my mind by joining the StarStudent group like he do. Gonna stay committed for this 3 months and hope for the best.

Well, this is it, I finally bought it !! The most expensive food ever for my body . . . You can call this adult Sustagen milk as the flavour was vanilla ice cream and is taste alike.

Project for this semester, toner muscle, bigger body, higher mass and change my clothing from M to L

That's from me now, gonna stick to the gym and study table for this semester, have to get the best out of it !

Reaches length of 1.2m

Very beautiful with colourful patterns all around the body, very small in size and superbly active during the day.
This is my first baby snake hatchling, before that I have 2 of it, Dumb and Dumber, Dumb died, left with Dumber. It still requires hand feeding when I got them.

Feeds on small lizards or adult size lizard legs. Currently around 2 months old, long way more to go with me dumber . . =P

Thought of geting something smaller in size since I already had a python. Got this baby Mangrove last 3 weeks from some breeder with a very good price. This little baby is beautiful and has good contrast on it's skin.

I named it Serena !! =)

Serena feeds on lizard. Feeding wasn't a problem at all. As this snake grows older, it will turn to small mice.
It is mildly venomous, wont be able to kill a human, but a lizards like the one in the picture will do !

Same posture of swallowing their prey like any other snakes.

Check out those beauty eyes. Haha, it looks deadly but it is not, very tame instead.

There is a nice set up I made for this baby mangrove. Serena is only active at night, very shy instead, looks dead in the morning and is preparing for it's first shed one of this days.

It's been a stressful week, dealing with 2 weeks of hectic exams
Yet, it's finally over, 3 weeks of holiday are waiting for me . .

Time table for the 2 weeks of finals, Business Law was the killer one.

My whole house had turned into some big time study place 1 month before exams. Notes, books, laptops, cups for coffee are scattered everywhere in the living hall.

Mien Kuok, my beloved house mate and biggest influence for Gossip Girl and his long and precise swear words, haha
Well, he works hard this semester.

One of my friend bicycle was stolen by some Malay guy and was replaced with his rempit bike and sadly, even the paddles were gone. -_-

Anyways, goodbye exams and welcome holidays. Have a good holidays and take care everyone !

As usual, Wednesday can be described as one of the worse day in this semester, by having 2 lectures from 8-12 cant be an easy thing where business law and information system are crashed into the same day side by side taught by some clowns that if it's not because of the duration of time, they will be able to drag the lectures till 5pm.

Well, this week turned out to be an interesting one. Early morning, I went to Uni, yea.. I didn't skip this time* =)

Beginning of the second lecture, my phone rang and was answered by some girl who turned out to be Jeckshen mom, I didn't know it was her at that time, she was like

Girl: Hallo, you are jeckshen friend,
me: ya ya
Girl : u noe where he is?
me : eer, dunno wor, class maybe
Girl : can help me get him, he is being kidnapped
............
I was like, hmm.. early morning prank call d arh...
...........
Me : harh, u sure?
Girl : yes, kidnappers called up bla bla
Me : HARH, sure anot
Me : May I noe who is on the line?
Girl : u noe how can i get him? (Panic)
Me : I will call him n get back to u.. tu tu tu

So, I went out to phone Jeckshen, no one pick up. Phone again, no answer and again. I called that *girl* once more

Me: Hallo, what is happening?
Girl: He is being kidnapped
Girl: So how, so how?Got him? We wan to confirm is he there at home
Me: He didn't bring his phone out, cant get him
/some guy took over the phone.
Guy: Where is he? R u staying wit him in Westlake?
Me: No, I stay in Selatan, we r in different course
Me: Have u told his parents?
Guy: I am his dad
Jeck's Dad: The kidnappers called up my daughter, demanding for payment
Me: .......................
this is SERIOUS
Jeck's Dad: This Is Serious!
I was stoned, harh . . . . . apa ni, apa ni? Prank ke, real ke . . lost,LoST, involved parents wor
Me: okok, I will contact his friends.

I called up Chloe(Jeck classmate)

Me: Hey Chloe, having class now?
Chloe: (sleeping tone) no wor, y ar?
Me: Dunno wat happen, someone said jeck got kidnapped !

Me: Dunno la, eer, can giv me any of his housemates num?

So she gave me someone called Yeewen or Yee wei, not sure who, I called up, no one answered. I tried calling Jeckshen again, this time ah Yap picked up the phone with his sleepy and blur tone, I thought was the kidnappers. Lol.. He said Jeckshen forgot to bring his phone out. I asked to send me Weizhi number.

I went in the class and sit down, recalling what happen while waiting for ah Yap to send me Weizhi number, Honchin that is sitting beside me said,

Honchin: Sozai, who so dumb go kidnapped that fellow, put him into the van also hard la. If me I kidnapped Cheehowe also not him. Smaller size ma.
Me: ....... Having doubts too, but now is parents that called wor. Haizz haizz, don't know lar

I went out again, called Weizhi, she sound very serious
Me: Hallo Weizhi, Jeckshen there?
Weizhi: Yes yes, he knows already, he knows already.
Me: Asked him to call his ~ ~ ~ ~
tu tu tu tu
Line went off before I finished talking

Once again, I was like HARH? What is happening? I send a simple message to Weizhi asking her to inform Jeckshen to called his parents because they are very worried. Continue with my class.

On my way home, I called up Jeckshen parents once more,
Me: Hallo, he called back d?
Jeck's Mom: Yes, thank you, frighten me only
Jeck's Mom: Some ppl called up my daughter office. My daughther heard ppl crying on the phone and it was Jeckshen.
Me: Owh owh
Jeck's Mom: This ppl very bad one
Jeck's Mom: Make sure u see who ur friend is k, dun simply mix until wit bad ppl
~background, Jeck dad: Especially those China immigrants.
Me: oh ya, hmm
Jeck's Mom: Oh, nothing ar, thank ya
Me: Np, bye

Jeckshen called me up later, had a little laugh and is all ended.

Pangkor Island, Lumut

Herping

It was one great bright Saturday morning where it will be my second herping adventure. This is not any ordinary trip, very different from those trips organize by a society or in school. Although we are out camping, we get to choose what we want or when we what, there is no time limit for anything you do and that is the best part.

We traveled through the country side of Perak, following those trunk roads, leading from Teluk Intan to Setiwan --than--> Lumut

Few wrong turns took me 30 minutes extra to reached our location.

As we go along. there are many long winded road, no ending roads and *weird* roads, like the one on top, banana tress on both side welcoming us.

Finally we arrived, I was exhausted until I saw the ocean, so beautiful . . There are many islands around, which one is Pangkor?

It's been awhile since my last ferry ride, felt kinda cool getting into all this again, in fact I haven't went for any trip for sometime already.

Mr Jeckshen and Austin on board, I can say, sight seeing. Haha

Checking out the surrounding, many isolated islands and ships around, cant keep our eyes away from the sea, city boy ma . . Lol
The flow of wind flew by was great as we enjoy the view of the sea. There is a marine port around there too.

We reached Pangkor Jetty in 30 minutes.

A warmth fishing village along the shore, looks inviting.

First animal encountered, Hornbills on a coconut tree. Amazing . .

We headed for our dinner before getting to our camp site. This particular Malay shop had weird decorative items. Discovered many harden puffer hanging nearby the toilet.

Dead bats as wind chain ?? Wonder does it smells . .

We rented a scooter for 30 bucks with half tank of petrol left. 90% of the residents in Pangkor travel by motorcycle, you can hardly see cars on road.

As we moved along, we arrive to some village where the jungle track is. We parked our bikes nearby and started hiking to our campsite where it is located south on the island.

Our campsite finally. It was already spooky dark when we arrived, worrying about rain as there are thunder and lighting, it turns out to be a beautiful night after all.

I was unloading my stuff and eating buns. suddenly there is a black cat stirring my bag. Thought what will happen right, I scooped the cat up and Jeckshen was like Omg, whats tat, Whats Tat!

It turns out to be a fetus dropping, oh gosh...!! it's disgusting, the black cat just walk away as if it just shit. Arrgh . . .

After getting ready with our gears and stuff, we started herping along the shore, bush, everywhere . .

It was real dark walking around, leeches and mosquitoes are one of the most annoying creatures found in the jungle.

Encounter this huge jungle millipede, a fully grown one. Scare me, really, cant handle as it feels gross with those thousand legs on your hand.. haha.. Jeckshen was the man that countered the fear of a thousand legs creature. =)

Many hermit crabs was found along the shore during the night as they are finding for food.

We headed further to herb, along the rocks of the shore.

Fossils like creature on some rock, we called it Kutu Batu . . haha

It sticks really hard on the rock until Jeckshen started burning them only we managed to picked them up..

There are plenty of this animals running around the beach roaming freely and you can only found them at night.

After herping for 2-3 hours, we headed back to our camp as there are nothing interesting, animals that we found are common and can be found in most jungles easily. We are not interested in any sea creatures but SNAKES. Yes, only Snakes!

We started a fire and cooked our meal, it took me 2 hours to cook 6 packets of maggi.

Without any hesitation, we started herping once more after our meal, hoping for the best of the trip.
Around 1 or 2am, Austin finally spotted a green slliding creature on top of a tree.

It was a snake, by looking at that fat triangle head, we knew that was a viper. Infact, Pangkor jungles are mostly filled with viper.

Since it was danggling on a branch high up, the only way is to climb that tree with those hook and try to hook it down, I sweared it was a tall tree and I was afraid it might striked me when I hooked it.

Check this beauty out, Wagler's Pit Viper, it's venomous, healthy, fat and awesome !! This my first encountered and even caught a poisonous snake. Lol, most satisfying part in this whole adventure.

Annoying monkeys and tigering wave sound woke us up, after some cleaning up, we headed to the sea to swim =)

AhKang with one of the crab we caught during the night, we have 2 actually, matured ones. .

Pangkor offers clean beach as well. Not to say it is crstal clear but semi clear.

Many boulders around where it tempted me to climb. Too bad it wasn't the right time.

Very nice beach around the camp site, peaceful, warmth . .

This was one of the most satisfying trip ever, got to plan everything ourself, going through those creepy stuff and most of all spending time together. Credits to Austin, Jeckshen and AhKang for contributing to this trip, it was a great one !

It was a day for blood donation again ! Kinda excited at first but got disappointed after knowing that I am not allowed to donate because of my piercing.

However it was great to see many people showed up to support this meaningful campaign.

It was a nice beautiful Tuesday with many angel guiding through the air as humans donate blood to save each other.. Lol

It was lunch break when we arrived, I was left out waiting for my friends to donate, haizz ...
How I wish I could . .

Although there is many scary appliances being used during the whole process but nothing hurts, trust me, nothing HURTS at all, serious !!

Even this, looks really scary, but it isn't . . just a niddle to bring the flow of blood into some packet.

Check his face out, how can you say that it hurts, pain or what so ever, he is enjoying.. blood flowing a little by little into this 450ml packet.

Done, 450ml of fresh blood preparing to be sent to rescue people that needs it, maybe you will be the one.

Praise praise, it was a very good deed, giving out something precious to save another precious life, just a few minutes of your life can make a big difference in some other peoples life, cant be mentioned that maybe you will be one of them that need it one day. .

So people, lets give out our strength to support and donate whenever we are ready as our nation blood bank is running low, accident happens too often !!

19/3/09, great random clubbing night out in Euphoria, except for the drinking part, insufficient liquor but things went on real well after we purchase another bottle of Chivas.

It was supposed to be some event going on where don't know what Dj from Vegas visiting the house. Songs that night was awesome, really !! No complaints about it this time.

It was not really crowded that day compared to other Thursday and it was a good thing, dance floor wasn't too pack, easier to walk and breath. blazz...

Recently, I received this disturbing forward mail and would like to share it out . .

This is about some shitheads slaughtering our world longest snake that is the Reticulated Python for the purpose of 'handbags' and stuffs . . don't they learned about substitute materials rather than something rare and exotic ?

Those poor creatures are bitten and hanged to death for doing nothing wrong, what's the difference with murdering ?

Humans are the dominating species, putting those creatures into hell and act as a devil .

Baby Rex Got A Cousin ! !

Since my last update about snakes, Baby Rex has grew longer than before, heavier too.
Feeding never bothers me anymore as I have found some great supplier where white mice can be easily obtained.My ball having a soak. Seriously it's pretty long and huge now.

Well, since having a snake as pet, many people asked when they will be able to watch a snake eat where that will be the most interesting part. During this process, I tried to persuade people who are interested to join me in keeping reptiles, this allow us to learn about their behavior and share information with each other as we explore them together.

Mr Chin, after making a big fuss about snake keeping, finally, I managed to melt his heart by showing him the beauty and tenderness of a snake. LoL

Without any preparation, we headed down to Ikano and bought this 2 month old cute little ball python. It was so cute and tiny !! Honestly by looking at this baby, my ball python size is somewhere 5 times larger, even mine doesn't look this cute when I got it.

This cute baby hasn't got a name yet. It's still shy but in perfectly healthy condition. Tame definitely =) So adorable sometimes it makes my day by just looking at it.

Observing it makes me feel like getting another one other than pythons, smaller snake this time. Hehe

Trying my best to get back into blogging. Nothing really interesting to update so far, was having some slow motion life back here but truly enjoyable. Crazy mid terms and assignments are crashing up none stop without notice.

Bobby bringing me problems once again.
Went to Setiawan to patched Bobby up, by the way, visited the town of bird nest as well as the land filled with Fu Zhou people.

Ko Lo Mee, looks ordinary at first like any other Wan Tan Mee, but trust me, this weird mee ONLY available in Setiawan and taste real good !

Went over to Pantai (near Lumut;Pangkor) to chill while waiting for Bobby body checkup. Didn't know that turtle can be found around the west coast.

For the first time I got to a beach that is so clean and only filled with a few people that is fishing.

It's clean, empty, quiet, isolated and beautiful (~~bikini girls~~). I am not talking about crystal clear sea water, but it looks just great.

When there is sea, there is seafood. 6 dishes of seafood, 1 vege, tea and extra rice, mmm, 99bucks ! ! !

Bobby looks better now, just a few more problems to be fix up soon when is due for service. I am not modifying but just maintaining =)

Anyways, entertainment and procrastination should be reduce or even down to zero. Degree cant be anything like honeymoon anymore, a bit of slack and I am done. For sure.

Got to start working hard, gonna finish this one damn chapter before sleeping -_-

First Week Of My Second Semester

Its been awhile since I blog. 3 months of holiday past without me noticing, maybe its all because of those events happening at the end of 2008.

Felt funny recalling what have happen last year, been stressing over the car matters, complaining about too much of holiday, this and that. Well, everything is past tense now and a new year has come. Time to buckle up and make this year a greater one !

Getting back to Kampar can be a tough one when you are staying in Klang Valley and need buddies to car pool. Petrol is affordable but the toll kills !

Thank God that I am able to persuade my parents to give me my baby, I am not getting it for free though . . . 1k per sem for 5 semesters, what do you think ?

We have our first barbecue on the first night when everyone arrived. Opening ceremony, nicely done

There will be always home cook food for dinner in my house, purpose is to reduce cost. Most of my pocket money can be converted into entertainment and car expenditure if I manage my meal very well

First of all, I would like to introduce the term *Herping*
Its basically getting into a forest or bushes, search for animals and study their ecosystem but if possible, hunt them ! =)

Well, this was my first herping trip, entered Hutan Lipur Ulu Bendul situated in Seremban around 7pm, it was so dark to walk along the path, dark as in black, needed a torch light to walked towards the camp site and it was real far, approximately 2 hours walk.

I've never been so close to nature before, setting up tent at 9.30pm, got bitten by horrible leeches, started fire by using twigs around me and worst of all, not seeing anything in front of me.

While walking towards our camp site, we herped along the path and bushes for reptiles and insects. I was amazed to see creatures crawling around a tree searching for food. You can only see all those when the sun goes down . . .

After setting up our camp and rested, we started herping deeper into the forest and this are some species that we discovered,

Mini scorpion, this species are the one that been processed into key chains as they cant grow big in size

Some kind of lizard, not defined ...

I discovered this creature by shining around the trees. Fierce and aggressive dragon.

Since this was my first time herping, I considered it a great experience, mostly caught was lizards, didn't knew that lizards can be so beautiful compared to the ones we found at home.

Well, this was my first wedding dinner I ever attended without the present of my parents. It was so exciting stressing on what to wear, how much to pay for it and stuffs. The make ups, tie tying, everything ! !

My holidays are coming to the end, another 3 days will be Xmas and a week more will be my sweetie birthday. Gosh, time is passing so fast, is barely 3 weeks till my second semester starting. Why do I complaint so much the last 2 weeks. LoL

I was sent to Kota Damansara Giant to promote this time. Is pretty far to get there from where I am staying but ... Haizz, money sake ... Have to do it ~ ~

I've been dealing with this products for 1 and the half month and been to many outlet but this was the worst outlet I have ever been. Check out my miserable standing place, I don't even have a booth to promote and there no samples to give out.

Sales on the first day was horrible, lowest figure ever in my Mini Poppers career. Crowd was depressing.

Instead on Sunday, we managed to push lots of sales compared to Saturday. So stress to report those sales figure on Saturday night -_-

Jabatan Perhilitan, Shah Alam

Finally, after six months for keeping my baby Ball python illegally, Rex has it identity card at last. Lol
Special thanks to Austin and Aris( if i am not mistaken) for bringing me to all the way to Jabatan Perhilitan, Shah Alam to get my python license, this office is situated near the huge gigantic mosque... seriously the mosque was humongous along the Shah Alam roundabout.

This was the office, I got a warning from them that if I apply for a license later than 6 months I will be paying a compound of 3k under don't know what section ...
Whatever it is, they spoke to me really well and polite... Haha

There was a cage there as well for illegal protected animals that were confiscated or their owners pending to be on court.

Mainly some of this animals have to depend on human to survive and cant survive on their own in the wild, thats why they are kept here. Some of the bird species for example eagles, they might not be able to fly anymore due to their previous owners that causes it.

Buttomline is those animals are not capable to live and hunt in the wilds anymore... =(

Just a random post to share something about my small little brother Johan.
He is really smart, cute but really dumb as well .. Haizz

I realized that in my life, situation when you have no money to go out, no plans to be done and you are forced to stay at home, siblings can be your best friend to hang out with.

Went out for supper with him, while waiting for my food, I decided to take some pictures of him eating. This was one of the picture of him that makes me laugh.

After the meal, I asked him for a picture that content feel and atmosphere and what so ever nonsense that I learned from the dialogue in American NextTopModel. This what I got ~ ~

On the other hands,

He was playing with my lousy phone camera and cam whoring himself.
Still innocent and cute......

Suddenly I turn to this picture and confronted him, he said to me .. Every time you feel sleepy while studying just look at the first picture of me smiling at you, than turn to the last picture of me poking out my eyes on you and the sleepiness will all be gone ...

This post was supposed to be published last week, I am just too lazy. Day by day passes by, my dear little friends slowly going abroad to pursuit their own dreams, cant blame them, golden opportunities though .... Pray hard for their success in life !

Out with my sweetie to catch a late night movie last Friday.

We decided to play a game of pool while waiting for the movie to start since every shops have closed.

See the triangle of balls, its her break, it have been arranged for 3 - 4 times again and again in one game.

Finally, she managed to enter one ball into the pocket and the game continues with many foul play and I lost. =)

This week was one of my most hectic week, hectic as in the poorest week ever. Counting on every penny I am capable to spend really spoiled my mood to hang out. Never mind, salary coming out end of the month, sabar jordan ~

Managed to date this 2 girls tat was my closest friend in high school for a movie and their shopping, Yong Fei and Kay Tze.

There is another month of holidays before semester starts again. Time flies as well as money ~~
Working hard is one thing, playing and study is another thing, commitments come to another thing and there all come under one thing called *Life*

Haizz, hack the nonsense ... I am a bit uncomfortable with this 'too long' holiday, especially when you don't have a car to move around freely.

My new hand phone, I never imagine in my life I would own a Nseries. Not a hand phone person. LoL Many thank you to Ming and his daddy !

Baby Rex is on the process of shedding again, check out those blue eyes =) Alot of humidity is needed for a perfect shed.
I think this is the 4 or 5 time it sheds, every time it sheds means that Rex growing bigger. LoL

Starting to get a slight annoyed with my French class. I really in need of a French friend to help out with my home work.

There is a new club in town called Circle of death (COD). Its been quiet active during this month. This club is made up of a few members and situated in Taman Megah, P.J. Haha

This was my first COD experience

Drunkhan, (Iron Liver, Lungs)
He is always in charge with the liquor and mixer, alliances with Ming Hee.

Basically COD is just another drinking game with cards. LoL =P

Check it out, before the game starts, everyone was sober and energetic. Everyone is like so excited to play. Atmosphere in the club was so lively and happy while the first game goes on ^^

People like Mak Heong Weng, loyal member of the club played COD before, taking extra precaution by hugging the pail during the first game, I guess he had a bad experience the last time he played.

Well, it comes to the third game. From Barcardi to JDs and here I go again with some Rum. I finally gave up and broke the pail virgin. Well done, I felt refresh right after that ...
Once I am back on track, the game goes on with our last bottle, 42 below and .....................

Here you go, people swinging swaying, flying in their on world. I love looking at drunk girls, especially when they are red, looks cute =)

Nothing is free in this world, for everything that you look and you like it, there is a price to pay. Do you notice the brownish, yellowish slimy liquid. LoL

Finally, COD went on smoothly and ended well. COD club house smells of rotten vegetable and God knows what the smell was. Cleaning up was gross but still impressive, thanks to Mak and Chikhan for buying floor cleaner at 3am =P

Ball Python/ Cave Racer

Well, its been a long time since I post anything related about serpents. This reptiles shit is driving me crazy, its bringing me to another level, its addictive, I even thought of breeding them and sell ... They are just too adorable ! !

Since most of my close friends have saw my snake and even play with it, hope that no personal attack will happen this time.

Most people have negative thoughts about snakes, this is because of how they are brought up, every text book stress that snakes are poisonous, never go near snakes blablabla. Even in Discovery or National Geographic, they love showing poisonous snakes or telling how long can a human last after one bite, this brain washed people to think that snakes are only *dangerous*. Stupid piece of shit but is interesting though =)

If you have study about snakes, you will notice that they are just like any other animals like cats and dogs. It depends on one interest as well. I love mammals too, but I have more interest in snakes you see. Since they are cold blooded, no one should ever blame snakes for being aggresive, they are just protecting themselves.

But mine is pretty tame =)

This was my friend snake(Cave Racer), he pass it to me for baby sitting.

This friend of mine have 5 snakes at home, this was the 6 one. It starting to feed on fuzzies and lizards now.

I am starting to love this snake, wondering can he give it to me ..... =)

This is what you called a Python Constrict. A python secret weapon to kill its prey is by constricting, even something larger than the snake.

Snakes always start swallowing their prey from their head first, there is no way a snake can swallow a larger prey if they don't start swallowing from the head.

Snakes swallow their prey, they don't bite it.

*Remember that snakes are not vegetarian*

From what I noticed after keeping this 2 snakes for quite some time, they tend to yawn after swallowing a meal. I guess is because of the air pressure inside their stomach. Haha

Snakes have very low metabolism rate especially pythons . One full meal can allow them to fast up to 6 months or even a year but is not advisable.

Reptiles are just another part inside the ecosystem, snakes wouldn't bring any harm if nothing disturbs them. Venom are just to protect themselves, very few cases humans got bitten by snakes rite, that only happen when *humans provoked the serpents*

Recently, my blog was nearly declared as a dead blog. Sometimes at night I do feel like updating but I am not really good at writing stuff without referring to pictures.

Today, I have just finished this Mini Poppers project ! ! Before that, I was just a normal promoter promoting in a corner waiting for time to go home.

For the last week of this project, I got a chance to join this crew of promoters to a road show and it was awesomely fun.

Frankly speaking during the first day, I was really lost about my job role but everything turns out well after knowing what to do.

This was the roadshow booth, it is filled with shouting, screaming even singing just to promote one single box of ice cream.

This was the mascot for this product, really wish to work as one one day, very very very good pay ! LoL

Yeap, I have learned a lot about promoting after participating in this road show and really satisfied even though my pay was lower than them due to my experience.

This event was one of the most tiring one I have ever work for, thanks to those laughter's and motivation from each other that kept us going.

My this post are filled with words, did not have any photos to upload, phones are not allow while working in super markets.

I got a day off at home today, feeling so nice being able to rest.
School holidays is around the corner, school holidays means no jam .. haha

Sleeping too much during the afternoon wasn't a good idea so I decided to bring my wife out for a spa ...

Earning every penny is super hard, you will never know until you start working. Gosh, I really need to push more and work more in order to cover my expenses and to earn sufficient leisure money.

Feeling so tired after standing for 8 hours just to earn that money. Pressured by the sales target and customer expression.

Life is up and down, money comes first in every situation, nothing to complain about though ~ ~

This was all my stock, been eating and drinking too much ice cream and juices while working ...

One day ...

One bright morning, 3 hours of sleep after Euphoria , went out with Mak, Jeckshen, Bradley and Johnson to KL for breakfast and some catching up..

While I was eating the famous *Roti Babi* that was available there, I saw Dr Ling eating some fried mee behind me.

During the night, went to Look Out Point and Quattro to show Johnson abit around KL, drop by Setapak for a drink. I was real thirsty that night, ordered limao ais besar. Omg, the limao ais was the largest one ever, bigger than mingtien watermelon juice ! Cost 5 bucks though ~ ~ Causes me to pee the whole night after that.

Didnt manage to capture any photos to upload. Tomorrow will be another day of working, food sampling for Walls Mni Poppers this time. =)

Working Days

Finally, I have a job and glad that I am not unemployed anymore. Woohoo, starting to love jobs in the food line, able to enjoy all those samplings all by my myself =)
For the first time, I felt energetic and busy this holiday, French classes, working, parties, clubs, felt so good ~ ~

Although I am only working in the weekends, thank God the salary was good, able to cover all my expenses including petrol since my parents are not giving me any allowance. Sad huh ~

This is my miserable booth, have to decorate it all by myself, a place where I prepare tea to give out to the public. Since this project is for Lipton, I been drinking too much of tea for this 2 days.

Will be working on this project for 2 weeks, after that will be Walls Mini Poppers, cant wait for that project. Free flow of ice-cream ...

This was one of the greatest waffle found in the planet, peanut butter chocolate, situated in Summit, AJ cafe, awesome !

Managed to catch a late night movie after work, didn't know that Maxpayne was a video game, not a gamer though. Most of them said that Maxpayne sucks because nothing related to the game, not sure, didn't play Maxpayne before ...

Quite a cool movie, the story was great, shooting and all but the ending totally sucks, haven't seen a movie that ends that sucky before.

Wahlberg as Maxpayne really looks like John Cena, isn't he?
Just that his body looks abit smaller but Wahlberg is really build too indeed !
